After an extensive 32-month journey, we are thrilled to unveil our four remarkable new barrel-aged beers to the world!

In our pursuit of redefining the modern beer experience, we've delved deep into the realm of old-world brewing techniques, utilising oak and wild organisms as essential components in the conditioning process.

Leading us here, to 4 distinct new profiles, brimming with imaginative aromas and flavours that represent a taste of our home. 

When it comes to the crafting of each, the process is comparable to winemaking, where flavours are nurtured within the barrel and influenced by its prior service in ageing fine wine, champagne and whiskey.

The barrel really is the defining feature of any barrel-aged beer and we were highly selective when it came to ours. Where Dark, Distant Light is aged in award-winning The Gospel Whisky barrels, select American and French oak barrels were picked to accentuate our lighter, fruitier profiles.

Fearlessly blended with a brave heart & adventurous spirit, we're stoaked to finally pop, swirl and savour these barred aged beauties.
